PORTLAND, Ore. – Taking home the first Great Northwest Athletic Conference women's soccer Player of the Week honor for the 2014 season, Alisa Sagdahl received the award announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.
 
Sagdahl was instrumental in the Yellowjackets' 2-1 victory over the University of Mary on Saturday, providing an assist and her first goal of the season. The junior served up a perfect cross in the 56th minute of action, finding the head of teammate Haley McFarlane to give MSUB a 1-0 lead.
 
After the Yellowjackets conceded a goal, the team's leading scorer from 2013 stepped up to score the game-winner in the 81st minute.

Overall in the match, Sagdahl placed all three of the shots she took on target.
