Fredrickson was named the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week on Monday for the fourth time in his career, and the first time this season. The righty is coming off an eight-strikeout performance last Friday against Concordia, winning a game that clinched the Yellowjackets' fourth regular-season title in the last five seasons.

Cipriano got on base in 16 of 20 plate appearances (.800) to lead the Yellowjackets to a four-game sweep of Central Washington. The fifth-year senior's big weekend started in his very first at-bat, when he drilled a two-run home run to cap off MSUB's five-run first inning in the series opener on Saturday. Peterson then hit a grand slam on Sunday in Game 3, and finished the series with a team-high eight RBIs. He batted .385 (5-for-13), reached base at a clip of .556 thanks to drawing five walks, and posted a slugging percentage of .846.

The true freshman from Grants Pass, Oregon, struck out five batters, while walking seven and allowing one unearned run on an error in the 8-1 Game 2 win on Friday. It was the 26th no-hitter in GNAC history and the third in the conference this season.

Cipriano went 8-for-15 in the four-game series (.533), with four home runs, nine RBIs, seven runs scored, and 22 total bases. He posted an on-base plus slugging percentage of 2.078, after reaching at a clip of .611 and slugging an incredible 1.467. Cipriano also had a pair of doubles in the series, while drawing two walks and also being hit by a pitch.

Girard (Dillon, Montana) set an MSUB school record for indoor high jump last weekend when he cleared six feet, nine inches. He bested Chuck Carr who jumped six feet eight inches in 2017. Girard landed in second place overall in high jump in Nampa, behind only Hunter Simonsen of Division I Utah State, who cleared seven feet, zero inches. Girard also holds the MSUB outdoor school high jump record, which he set last spring at six feet, 7.5 inches. His NCAA Championships provisional qualifying mark is tied for No. 18 in Division II this year. Girard is also in a tie for seventh on the GNAC all-time list.

The Shoreline, Washington native put together her first collegiate double-double in Tuesday's 48-47 win over Maryville University, as she scored 19 points and grabbed 15 rebounds. She followed that with eight points and nine boards in Wednesday's 89-66 defeat against No. 21 Angelo State University.

Rollins (Pelham, New York) posted a career high 30 points Saturday night against Alaska Anchorage, helping MSU Billings to a decisive 89-74 victory to remain undefeated in the GNAC standings. Against the Seawolves, Rollins shot 9-for-15 from the floor, including 3-for-7 from three point range, and 9-for-9 from the free throw line. He also added two steals and three rebounds in the game.

Green (Redding, California) recorded back-to-back 19 point games against California State Dominguez Hills and Black Hills State University for a 39 point weekend total. Green shot 6-for-16 against the Toros including 4-for-8 on 3-point attempts. He also grabbed four assists and made three turnovers while making 3-of-3 free throws. Against Black Hills State, green was 6-for-12 from the floor and 5-for-9 from beyond the arc. Again Green did not miss a free throw and added four assists in the winning effort.

The Puebla, Mexico, native completed his third career hat trick last Thursday, lifting the Yellowjackets to a 4-2 comeback win at Northwest Nazarene University. All three of Palomino's goals came in the second half, as MSUB erased a 2-0 deficit after 45 minutes and claimed a crucial road win. Though he didn't find the net on Saturday at Seattle Pacific, he led all players with seven shots including three on target, as he absorbed the Falcons' defensive presence during a 3-2 victory for the team.

Alvarez (Dumas, Texas) played all 10 sets for MSUB at libero and helped MSUB go 2-0 against a pair of challenging conference opponents. Alvarez was integral on the Yellowjackets' back row in a five-set win over Northwest Nazarene Thursday night, then was equally impressive on Saturday night as MSUB grabbed its first win over Central Washington University since 2013.
